The Highland Quest
4 teams vs. local teams waiting (except at Durness)
Day 1 - "High Ball" at Struie
Monday afternoon - 2 pm
Play together as a Team. All putts must be holed out to count.
Team score for each hole = Lowest 3 scores, divided by 3.
Winning a point = Lowest team score on each hole (2 tie, all tie)
Day 2 - "Half & Half" at Tain
Tuesday afternoon - 1 pm
Lunch first and lots of warm-up time. Locker room privileges.
Play together as a Team. All putts must be holed out to count.
Team score for each hole = Lowest 2 scores, divided by 2.
Winning a point = Lowest Team Score on each hole (2 tie, all tie).
Day 3 - Match Play at Durness
Thursday morning & afternoon - 10 am;
Two 9-hole matches - 8 potential points for each team.
Winning a Point = Each Match winner gets 1 point for their Team; 0 points for draws (no halves).Day 4 - "High Ball" at Brora
Friday afternoon - 1 pm
Play together as a Team. All putts must be holed out to count.
Team score for each hole = Lowest 3 scores, divided by 3.
Winning a point = Lowest team score on each hole (2 tie, all tie)

The 2024 field for the "Highland Quest" is limited to 4 visting teams - 4 members each. 4 golfers are required to play in each event, so there is the option to add a 5th team member (spare, substitute, manager) for a reasonable additional amount.

Cost per Team for the Event - $14,000 (USD) *
*All-in, for 4 team members. Does NOT include airfare or travel to and from home to Inverness Airport.
